Refund and Return Policy

1.  Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and as farmers ourselves, we know you work hard for the money you spend with us. If you aren't satisfied with one of our products, please Contact Us and we may be able to make it right.

​We do accept returns or exchanges of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return please Contact Us and we can work it out. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

​2.  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrived damaged or you believe there was a mistake, please Contact Us with in 7 days of delivery and we will gladly either ship a replacement on us or offer a refund depending on the circumstances.​

3.  ​Refunds

​

If a return or refund is accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
