1. Shipping Regions
We are happy to ship to any recognized address in the United States of America provided local laws allow it. For this reason, Rogue Botanicals cannot ship CBD products to Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming. Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase CBD products.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.​

3. ​Carriers, Cost, and Shipping Time

Rogue Botanicals offers free shipping on all orders placed through our site. We typically ship through UPS Ground for physical addresses and USPS for P.O. Boxes. You will receive a tracking number with the carrier once your order has shipped. Rogue Botanicals reserves the right to change carriers of choice at any time. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped from our location in Eagle Point, Oregon. Shipping will take longer the further it is shipped.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at Rogue Botanicals, having confidence in the quality and purity of what we ship to you is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we cannot currently accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if you feel there is an issue with what we've delivered, please contact us and we will make it right.
